1. Are your wreaths and floral pieces handmade?

Yes. Each piece is thoughtfully designed and built with attention to detail. I take pride in creating decor that adds beauty, personality and a special touch. Because these pieces are handmade, slight variations occur, making every piece unique and one of a kind.

2. Can I request a custom wreath or floral design?

Yes. Please contact me, Diane 917 734 7713, to discuss your ideas, preferred color, theme or occasion.

3. Are your products suitable for indoor and outdoor use?

All pieces are sealed with a Golden Acrylic Satin Finish Spray containing Ultra Violet Light Stabilizer’s to protect and prevent fading.

For outdoor pieces I recommend installing under a covered porch or entryway, protected from extreme weather conditions to preserve their beauty.

4. How long will my order take to arrive?

“In Shop Ready to Ship” orders: 1-3 days.

“Custom Made to Order”: 7-10 days.

5. Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes. Gift packaging is available for all items. Gift packaging includes Gift Wrap, Decorative Bow and Greeting Card from you.

6. Can I change or Cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order simply contact me, Diane 917 734 7713, as soon as possible. I will do my best

to accommodate these requests before your order has been processed or shipped.
